Crunch Time

This is the part where everything has to fit. CAD modelling or general arrangement drawing is a catalyst for decisions. No little ‘it’ll work’ or ‘that’ll fit’ can hide at this stage. Everything has to go in and everything has to fit.

Components and Mechanisms

Ddeciding how all the components are going to fit in, it is a great help having a hollow, life-size model to refer to. A quick prototype of the envisioned mechanism used to lift the ‘head’ up. Testing backlights on the meter display.
